I used your carne asada recipe for my leftover roast and did nachos. We put nacho chips in a pie pan, topped them with the meat and shredded cheese and popped them into the oven (350 degrees for 5 minutes) to melt the cheese. Topped them with sour cream, salsa, and lettuce. Each of us had our own pie pan–talk about easy dishes! Thanks for your recipe–I passed it on to my mom!
