Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Tilapia with a Crunchy Pecan Crust. I love tilapia, and this is my favorite recipe for it. Plus, it’s on sale this week at Kroger. I’m not a fan of “fishy-tasting” fish; in fact, I’m very particular about how I prepare and serve fish. If you are too, then give this recipe a try–I think you’ll like it.
