I stopped at the Aldi’s in Smyrna on Saturday for the .49 cent onions, and found bags of cranberries for .15 cents each! I really thought it was a mistake on the sign, but it was NOT. I wish I had gotten more than one bag now.

Remember that walmart matches Aldi prices and if you have any coupons then it is really a steal. Our Aldi produce sometimes does not last very long even if it looks great at the store, so I like the match idea.

Thank you Kelli for the heads up at Aldi. I am really enjoying having a new store right down the street from us.

Great deal on onions!! I like to buy a bag and chop up a bunch to freeze- makes them easy to use later!

Hey you forgot the Appleton Spiral Ham has gone down from $1.49 per lb to $1.29! I love these. Four meals worth for a family of 4 plus a hambone for soup! My old neighbor loved them so much I had to hard freeze one and drive it all the way to Maine for her birthday!

Thank you for posting these deals, Kelly. I made a special trip to Aldi’s for the potatoes & onions. As someone else mentioned I plan on chopping & freezing the onions. We go through potatoes very quickly with a family of 7 so I stocked up! Lol! Very filling when you have so many hungry tummies. =0) Thank you, Tara for the heads up on the cranberries. We bought 18 bags! I changed my plans of cookie baking to bread baking. These will be great gifts for our neighbors! My girls want to try to string some too. For that price I’ll happilly let them. The oranges & bananas are fabulous for my boys who blaze through fresh fruit. Thank you again!
