I get lots of questions on how to stock ahead, couponing ethics, what the abbreviations mean, how to get started, and more. There are lots of resources for you on my “Start Here” page, but I want to encourage you to email or leave a comment with your questions! I would like to start highlighting them each week in a Q&A post for you.
In the meantime, be sure to checkout my Frequently Asked Questions page, and let me know which ones I need to add.
So, what questions would you like answered?
If a stockpile item is on sale at Publix for a great price and you have lots of coupons for that item, would you go over your grocery budget to stock up?
I would love to know more about shopping for organic/natural products. I feel like I’m on the same “journey” as you are (although maybe not as far as you are, mostly because I’ve had a hard time figuring out how to do it cheaply!). I’ve relied a lot on your posts to find deals on some things, but I’m wondering if you’ve found that many of these items (for instance, natural sugars or whole wheat flours, organic produce, etc.) are actually lower-priced at whole food/natural grocery stores rather than waiting for sales at the regular grocery stores (which seem to rarely have these items on sale!)? I would appreciate advice on shopping wisely for these healthier products that are everyday staples. Thanks!!
I’ve noticed in your cooking photos you use several items from Costco. How do you decide what is best to get there and what is best to wait for sales on at regular grocery stores? I coupon every week pretty much everything I buy in a regular store, but I will admit it’s worth it if I can get near the same price and not have to hunt through coupons or plan my trip before I go! Are there certain items you only get there? Sometimes it feels like the time it takes to plan or multiple trips to stores may not be worth the savings. I’d love to hear how you do it!
