The code didn’t work when we tried it reserve it online. But if you drop the 2 off at the end and just use HLLWN, it works.

Shannon – You can’t use it to reserve, only at the kiosk.
I tried using it at the kiosk and it didn’t work. I just tried it online and it worked. Wish I would have tried that first before going to the kiosk!
I tried the code at the kiosk and it didn’t work the first time around, but I remember reading this before I left and when I dropped the number from the end, it worked well. 🙂
