The pledge button is on the bottom right side of the screen. And don’t forget you can print it twice by using the back button on your browser!

I went to print it for the first time, it told me “Sorry! You have already printed this coupon the number of times allowed.”
It wouldn’t let me print it either.
Same for me – wouldn’t allow me to print.
