If I were to receive this basket I’d give it to my new friend who recently admitted to me that she doesn’t know how to bake. She and her 2 year old came over to make Christmas cookies for the very first time. I was saddened by that fact and will make it a point to include her in future baking conquests.
My favorite Cool Whip recipe is for summer and I call it fluffy jello. I suppose you could adapt it for winter.

I love making a ‘healthified’ Black Forest Pie with choco Jell-O Pudding, low sugar cherry pie filling, reduced fat graham cracker crust, and Cool Whip Lite. Deeelish. I also make a thrown-together single serving of faux-ambrosia (I used to LOVE my grandmother’s ambrosia, but I’m the only one in the house now who likes it). I use a snack cup of Strawberry or Cherry Jell-o, some cubed pineapple, mini marshmallows, Cool Whip Lite…mash it all together, and yum. Not quite Gammy’s, but still good and too easy to make.

It is especially nice for ‘Death by Chocolate’ in their variety of flavors, and Kraft is awesome in the fact they list ANY Gluten ingredients! Cool whip, real lemon, and cream cheese, for lemon pie in the summer, soooooo refreshing! Thanks for this opportunity looking forward to winning! So I can bake and share the products!

You know it is hard to say what is my favorite Cool Whip recipe. Cool Whip has been in my family since I was a kid. No holiday or family event was without cool whip. But the refrigerator cake is the most requested and as we all know its not a Birthday-Christmas or Holiday cake without the most important part COOL WHIP! See Below:
    Crust
    1 cup
    1 stick

    Filling

    8oz
    1 cup
    2 boxes
    8 oz.

    Flour
    Butter

    Cream cheese (room temperature)
    Powdered sugar
Chocolate pudding (prepared according to box)
    Cool whip

I just love to bake! PERIOD. My favorite Cool Whip recipe is something that my Momma used to make, I don’t know what it was called! She just called it “pistachio” LOL! It had cool whip, nuts, marshmallows, pistachio pudding, and maybe pineapple bits? I can’t remember! Yummmmmmmm!
