I JUST WENT TO MY WALMART AND THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME THE 97 CENTS FOR THE DIAL BODY WASH TRIAL SIZE…. IT MADE ME MAD….
I recommend going to Publix, as you can get the full size for free + overage.
I was able to use the $2.00 coupon on the Dial Travel size bar soap. Also was able to use a $1.00 off Pert Plus on the travel size so it made it free. I am scanning my coupons now to make sure I can’t use a coupon on the travel size.

I went to my walmart and they refused to let me use my coupon on the trial size even though and said any! And I know other people were getting to use it bc the night before the bin was completely empty! I am starting to not like walmart for couponing bc they never restock the shelves and the free and cheap items are always cleared out for weeks and they will not give you rainchecks!!
Randi, I ran into the same thing at my Walmart. The cash register wouldn’t take the coupon. The cashier was huffy with me and said he had to check w/a manager who cleared the transaction. One more reason I don’t like Walmart!
Yea but the funny thing at my walmart was that the register did take the coupon and I got something else to make up for the overage but it still came out negative.5 cents so she was like you can’t use this…just bc it was negative! I bet if it came out positive she wouldn’t have had a problem with it! I’m gonna go back and try again before those coupons expire thursday bc I really don’t wanna waste such a good coupon!!
I reccommend making sure to always take the Wal-Mart coupon policy with you when you go there. They are the only place I have had problems with. Yesterday I went to use my $2/1 Dial coupons (of course they were completely out of the travel size body wash :-/ ) and I got 3 of the 3 oz size lotion (only $1.97) and I used 3 of my Dial coupons and the cashier tried telling me I could only use one of the coupons per transaction. I let her know that the coupon was for 1 per product not per transaction and I have used multiple coupons several times. She got an attitude with me but went ahead and did it. They try to make up their own rules at Wal-Mart and after yesterday it made me never want to go back there.
I have been using my $2.00 coupon on the dial travel bar soap, until today. Wal-mart by my dads house would not take it. Technically the coupon states off any body wash or lotion and a bar of soap is a body wash still. They said no. So I called Dial (already had them in my phone, just in case) and no they can not be used on the bars. I have bought about 30 of them already for our Church Pantry closet with no problem but now they want to give me grief about it. I will try one other walmart (since they are always out of the travel liquid body wash) and see if they will let me use it.. if not then I will just have to get the regular size lotion that is 1.97 just because I don’t want these coupons to go to waste.
I really wanted to use it on the small lotions but unfortunately I have been to my walmart like 10 times and checked for them and the shelf is always empty! UGH!
