I love your site. I am your newest subscriber. I’ve never used Thred Up, but I use Storkerbrokers.com and it is an awesome buy/sell site as well. I like style of the site too. Check it out!
I have used thredup to clean out some books that my kids were finished with. Very easy to do and no cost when sending out. Have not been able to find anything to get with my box credits yet, as most things are for younger kids than I have. My opinion: shipping is a bit high, unless you are getting things specifically to match, or are hard to find. If I was in the market for kids clothes I would probably stick with local consignment stores, hand me downs and Good Will. My .02
I love thredUP, but I have young kids who grow fast and outgrow clothes faster. I got 4 boxes of fall/winter items for my almost 2 year old and one box of pants for my 5 year old. I only spent about $22 after all the credit I earned from selling my boxes and hittiing the website at Back to School time where all the boxes were discounted. I have gotten over 40 items, including a Puma tracksuit and a Tommy Hilfiger polo for my almost 2 year old, and two pairs of fancy jeans for my 5 year old. Boxes are now more to buy, but if I can earn $10/box, it might be worth it!
IS $10 FOR YOU (CASH) OR $10 CREDIT TO SPEND AT THREDUP?
