Working on detoxing my body a bit this week! My eating habits the last week have been less than ideal. I feel sluggish, tired and my back is killing me. Time to clean up my eating and help my poor liver out. I love to use Zendocrine essential oil with Lemon essential oil to help my liver out a bit. It is primarily used for those concerned with toxic exposure and toxic buildup in the cleansing and filtering organs of the body, like the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs and skin. Since the health of my body is dependent on my body being able to filter and remove toxins, I am making an extra effort this week to clean it up.
One key element is drinking lots of water, that helps flush everything out, and I put a few drops of the Lemon oil to help it all along. If you have never heard of Zendocrine oil, it:
- Supports healthy cleansing and filtering functions of the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin
- Supports normal self-detoxification functions of the organs
How to Use Zendocrine Essential Oil
There are a few different ways you can use Zendocrine Essential Oil:
1. Apply 2-3 drops topically over the area of the liver, kidney, colon, or lungs if you are wanting to target a specific organ.
2. Apply 1-2 drops to the bottom of the feet.
3. Put 5 drops of Zendocrine® essential oil blend in the evening into a glass of water or in an empty veggie capsule. For optimal benefits, avoid increased toxic load to your organs in your food supply by reducing the amount of foods prepared with artificial colors, preservatives, and sweeteners and by increasing your consumption of water with 1-2 drops of lemon essential oil throughout the day.
