This is my favorite duo to help me destress and chill out on a crazy day like today. There are a few different ways I use Serenity and Balance. Diffuse, apply to the bottoms of my feet, and on the back of my neck and wrists. Both of these oils also smell great as a perfume!
My Favorite Perfume Recipe: My friend Tasha gave me this amazing smelling perfume recipe and I keep it in my purse in a roller bottle for a quick pick me up.
- 4 parts Balance
- 2 parts Lime
- 1 part Lavender
Combine and place in a roller bottle.
