A big thanks to $30 Weekly Grocery Challenge for these matchups. Just a few of my favs, check her out here.
Did you find a good deal or coupon matchup that I missed? Leave it in a comment.
Remember:
- Sales tend to vary by region so check your ad before running out the door if you aren’t local to me (middle TN).
- Most stores allow 2 coupons on a B1G1 deal (or you can just buy 1 at 50% off)
- No double coupons.
- Only one FLIP (of the same kind) per transaction.
- Maximize your savings by combining the store coupons WITH manufacturer coupons.

Do you know how strictly FL follows the store coupon limit on one per customer or one per purchase/transaction?
Thanks!
Food Lion in Nashville would only accept one coupon per item. A real bummer.
