So I am curious. How many of you use the Food Lion deals I post each week?  If you use these deals, please leave a comment.  If I see no comments I will just focus on the ones I have been doing to make it easier on everyone (me!).

Thanks to Kathy at $30 Weekly Grocery Challenge for these deals.  Check out her full list of coupon matchups, these are only a few highlights. Not a lot going on this week in the way of sales.

Wondering what the abbreviations below mean? Be sure to checkout my Coupon Lingo Guide.

Did you find a good deal or coupon matchup that I missed? Leave it in a comment.

Remember:

  1. Sales tend to vary by region so check your ad before running out the door if you aren’t local to me (middle TN).
  2. Most stores allow 2 coupons on a B1G1 deal (or you can just buy 1 at 50% off)
  3. No double coupons.
  4. Only one FLIP (of the same kind) per transaction.
  5. Maximize your savings by combining the store coupons WITH manufacturer coupons.

I shop at Food Lion quite often, as there's one just a couple of miles away. Since they don't double coupons or anything, I like to know what I can match up there. Thanks for everything!!

I use the Food Lion info too. Kroger's and Food Lion are the only 2 “BIG” grocery stores here and we love that you are in middle TN where we are so the add is the same! Thank you for continuing.

What does FLIP mean (above in the remember section) when at Food Lion. When I have tried stacking coupons with a food lion and a manufacturer's coupon, the register beeped and wouldn't take it? Was I doing something wrong? Thanks.

I don't usually go to Food Lion, so I don't alway look for their deals, but if it's a really good deal, I'll go . . . as I will this week for the Nestle Morsels. Thanks for the tip!

I don't shop at Food Lion, but I do like to use their store coupons at Publix. So, I like seeing what coupons will match up with the Publix deals.
However, I thought that a lot of Food Lions were going to be closing really soon? At least in our area? (mid-TN). Is that right? Since I don't ever go there, I wasn't sure…

I like to see the Food Lion deals! We live in Ashland City, and Food Lion is really the only game in town (I'm not a fan of grocery shopping at Walmart, and the HG Hill is TINY).

I printed out a $2.00 off a $5.00 purchase from the pet isle off Food Lion's website, stacked that with 2-$2.00 off coupons from 02/14 RP section of paper for Pedigree Dentastix(2/$6.00), which made my purchases FREE!!

Yes, I do go to Food Lion when the deals dictate. I really appreciate that on your posts you only put the “buy now” type deals. I miss your style when I have to go to another site and they list absolutely everything!

i was told the other day by a manager that you can stack, but the # of cpns can not exceed the # of items. maybe try getting a small piece of candy or something to even out the #'s
