One thing that I started doing that saves me some money and time in the morning is making my own healthier/cheaper “uncrustables” for my kids lunches. I use the pampered chef sandwich circle cutter, put them in individual sandwich bags and freeze them. I will do a lot at once and it is so nice when I can throw them in for lunches or a picnic at the last minute. Surprisingly, they are not soggy when thawed and my kids actually prefer my version to the storebought.
