    I LOVE coffee!
But, I wanted to spare any other coffee enthusiasts out there…
While Boca Java has great coffee and seemingly has good deals, I have never had any worse experience with customer service as I do with this company. They have messed up 2 orders I had for Christmas–my dad’s and my father-in-law’s. And they handled their mistakes horribly.
They then proceeded to continue to send me coffee and charge me app. 45 dollars for 4 bags….4 8 ounce bags, mind you.
they recently called me to give me a great deal on a promotion that they had, and I once again fell prey to their awesome coffee and “seemingly” great deal! Not only did they overcharge me, but continued to tell me I would continue to get shipments charging me….app. 45 dollars each month. I’m currently in the process of dealing w/ their customer service, which is a good reminder why I swore off this company.
Once again, it sounds like a great deal….but you will pay in the end!

    I LOVE coffee!
However, I want to warn any other coffee enthusiasts out there…
While Boca Java has great coffee, I have never had such terrible experiences with a company and with customer service as this one! And yes….experiences, plural. I kept going back hoping that their coffee woudl redeem their flaws. But they haven’t. They have messed up multiple orders of mine and while it looks like they have good deals, they snag you with it and sign you up for monthly shipments that will cost you! They once charged me app. 45 dollars for 2 lbs. of coffee.
If you want to pay alot for coffee, at least shop local where you will get great customer service!

Thanks for the heads up. I was considering trying them out but will probably steer clear now.

Sounds just like Gevalia Coffee Alissa – I’ve had all kinds of “wonderful”, and I use that term loosely, experiences with them as well – I finally got all my orders cancelled once they screwed everything up and shipped me things that had been put on hold.

    Live and learn I guess
