The author also has a pretty neat blog. Every Thursday, he gives you a new way to teach science at home during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even if you aren’t homeschooling, some of the techniques I saw here would be great to use to reinforce what the kids are learning in school. The last few articles he’s posted are in a series called “Sweet Tooth Science”, and they explain how to use candy to learn about science! Boy, why couldn’t I have had him for my science teacher?! : )
