I have a few months and need to start again. I felt so much better then. I made juice one day with beets (It was AWFUL!!!!! and I made myself drink it anyway and I think that was the last day I juiced, haha!) Everything else I tried was great, though. Would love to hear from you about juicing for incentive. Love your blog!

I had lost several pounds but because of my compulsive/benge eating I gained it all pluse bake. This is a problem I have had for over 30yrs and I can’t find how to over come this bad habit. I have been in Eating Disorder programs but they have not helped. Please help; maybe you know of something I can do.
