Spring has sprung here in my hometown of Franklin, Tennessee. I can tell by everything that is blooming in my yard, and I especially love it when our weeping cherry tree (pictured above) blooms. Isn’t it gorgeous?
We planted the weeping cherry tree when my daughter was born. (It started a family tradition of planting a tree in honor of our children’s births, to celebrate the new life that God had so graciously given to our family!) Every spring when it starts blooming, Ainsley is very excited. It is “her” tree and it will always be a sign to her that spring has arrived.
