The days are warmer and longer, so it’s a great time to get outside and walk. Take along this free pedometer from Nature’s Bounty, and you’ll know exactly how far you’ve walked. My opinion is that if you’ve walked more than 1/4 mile, it’s time to head home for some ice cream! : )
