If you don’t have time to plan a Kitchen Prep Day, you can learn How to Freeze Eggs HERE. Using this method, you will have the eggs ready when you are.
Tip for Testing Egg Freshness
Test to see if your eggs are fresh by filling a fairly deep bowl with cold water. Carefully lower the egg into the water. If the egg is fresh, it will sink to the bottom of the bowl and lay on its side. As it loses its freshness, it will begin to rise. Eggs that fully float, not touching the bottom of the bowl at all, should not be consumed.
