*I will be updating this page as readers send me more deals under *UPDATES* (Date) or be sure to check the “comments” below.  Also, weekly deals will come in a separate post later today.

Yeah, the long awaited Super Doubles! Coupons valued $1.98 and under will be doubled, up to 20 per transaction. Note that there are limits on the number of printable coupons Harris Teeter will let you use.  It seems to change by store, so I would suggest calling your store today and asking them what their rules are for Super Doubles.  Much better to be well prepared than frustrated at the checkout :).

One of my administrators Sherry kindly put all the current unexpired coupons through 1/3/2010  into an excel file for you!  I have sorted them by value and by item name alphabetically. Go to the 2010 Coupon Insert Guide to see them both.  I would recommend using the “by value” one to search for coupons worth $1.98 and under for your Super Doubles matchups. Or checkout my favorites below.

A big thanks to Mrs. MoneySaver for these great matchups.  Be sure to visit her post here for her full list.  Also remember, that prices and coupon values change regionally.

Wondering what the abbreviations below mean? Be sure to checkout my Coupon Lingo Guide.

Just a note: I called Kroger in Brentwood & Nippers Corner – they are NOT participating in Super Doubles. 🙁

Have you heard if Kroger in Cool Springs is participating? That is a bummer that Brentwood isn’t!

    Kelly,

Do you know if Wal Mart accepts coupons for other stores? Example… Like maybe a Target, Kroger or Wal Green’s coupon? I read on the site’s coupon policy that they accept “store coupons” but wasn’t sure if this applied? It really didn’t go into any further explanation.

…… By the way…. I LOVE your site! This site makes it so much easier to save money! And I am humbled by you giving all the glory to God! You have an awesome testimony… Thanks for all you do 🙂

just an fyi……when you say only 2 internet printable coupons per transaction…i always thought that meant 2 IPs only when i checked out for my entire order/purchase…….another woman in the store today had Harris Teeters coupon policy and it says only 2 IPs per item as she interpreted it……meaning if you are stocking up and buy 4 of one item you can use 2 IPs but the other 2 coupons need to be manf. coupons from the paper or something just not IPs….so i bought lots of different things, had some IPs and some regular coupons and no trouble checking out…..spent $13.00 and saved over $50!!!!

I used 16 IPs today at 21st and Blair. Just warning you, they are totally picked over already. You may consider going in a couple of days when they’ve restocked. I used my 20 coupons, but I’m waiting until this weekend to go back. Things I noticed they were out of: Wholly Guacamole, Easy Fries, Weight Watchers cakes (running low), Wet ones (running low), Chinet cups, Coffee Mate creamers, deep fried turkey deli, J&J baby washes (running low/out of most). I did score some $0.50 Windex with a $1 off coupon from the Windex website. Not sure if it is still available, but use it if you have it. All of the sprays are $2.50.

I went to the Brentwood HT today, which was a first-time HT shopping experience for me. I saved about half, which I thought was great, but there were a couple of items I couldn’t find there and wanted to share with you all. The Wholly Guacamole was 3.99 and I couldn’t find any Ore Ida Easy Fries (just the more expensive regular Ore Ida fries). Since it was the first time I shopped there, there is a big chance that I missed the items, but I thought I’d share in case it’s helpful to someone else.

Bummer about Kroger. I did drivebys of both Brentwood and Nippers Corner and no sign. Now confirmed here. I’ll HAVE to go to HT but I will wait til next week; they are usually restocked by then.

Via phone – Kroger Melrose (Franklin Rd by 100 Oaks Malls) is not participating either. They normally do when HT has triples. So bummed!

I went to the Harris Teeter in Bellevue, and they were stocked with everything. They are getting a little low, but there were still plenty of items left. Also, for the Special K deal, you only get one $5 rebate per transaction. I hope to try and print off more coupons and go back when the weather settles!

Wendy, do you mean the Harris Teeter on 96 isn’t participating?

    Nope–I meant the Kroger on 96–sorry it wasn’t clear…

    Kelly,

I just went on to the Harris Teeter website to read over the doubling rules, and it stated that they are doubling coupons with a face value of only .99 with doubles not to exceed 1.98. Some of the coupons listed such as the Wet Ones and Nancy’s Quiches are for a face value of 1.50. Have you heard if these are doubling or not?

    Thanks!

Disregard that. I guess they posted their same coupon policy below the “doubling special” because at the top it does read 1.98 face value!

I’ve just called the Brentwood HT and clarified the IP coupon limit policy. It is 2 IPs per identical item NOT per transaction. The only limit on IPs per transaction falls under the general limit of 20 coupons per transaction per day. YAY!

So what in the world am I doing wrong?! I went to download the Campbell’s Harvest soups and it says I don’t qualify or something and then go to download the tomato paste and the site is down and then I go to the Ore-Ida, register and can’t find the coupon?? Can anyone help me?

Will HT double coupons even if the coupon reads (at the top by the exp date): DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE?

  20. Brandy January 8, 2010 at 1:53 pm

My experience has been both ways at the same store. I think it depends on the checker. I’m not sure about the official policy, though.

I spoke to the store manager at the Franklin, TN about the doubling policy, official policy is that they do not double if it says, DO NOT DOUBLE, but he said if the cashier doesn’t catch it, it will double.

If HT is out of an item, will they give you a rain check where you can still have your coupon doubled?

Westhaven HT in Franklin was totally out of Special K bars yesterday (Saturday.) Also, Lysol wipes. Maybe they’ll stock back up? They took more than two IP’s so that rule must have changed. Spent $42 & saved $70. Yeah!
