So sorry I haven’t had these up before now, but I am swamped! I am going to include links to different sites that have already done the coupon matchups. Remember, there are always some coupons that won’t be in our circulars, we tend to lose some good ones in TN!
Below are links to matchups I found, but if you find some good ones for our area, PLEASE post them in your comments. If you have a great list, you can email me to and I’ll credit you!
:: Go here to see all the different forums on Hot Coupon World.
:: Go here to see Clipper Girl’s Savings Spot matchups. (I haven’t used her before, would love feedback!)
:: Go here for Hip To Save’s matchups. (Click on Harris Teeter in left side-bar)
:: Go here for Frugal In Virgina matchups.

I had several other deals for which I had Blinkies and Kroger manuf coupons- Prego, Campbells soup, Sorrento string Cheese– these were all $0.75 or $0.80 coupons.
A non-coupon deal: the Campbells Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken soups were BOGOF, which makes them $.55/each.

A few tips for doing Harris Teeter Triples:
1. Go here and pick your store on the Harris Teeter online grocery store called “Express Lane”. You will use the “search” function to match sales and regular prices w/ possible coupon matchups to get items free or almost free. This does all the work BEFORE you hit the store. You will know exact prices for your stores products.
2. Now, get your coupons all together and sit in front of the computer. I usually just flip through my coupon inserts and the ones that look decent (usually at least $0.50 and up, but mostly my $0.75 coupons) I type the name in the “search” field of the online grocery store link in #1, to see if the coupon is a good deal. Hint: This saves me TONS of time and hassle at the store, because all my work is done before I get there. Especially helpful if you have little ones with you!
3. After you have clipped all items you are interested in, organize them two ways: by priority (you can only use 20 per transaction/day) and then by store layout (I usually start w/ produce, jams/pbutters, meats, etc…). Also, I have 2-3 stacks of 20 paper clipped together, because if there are items not on the shelf in my first 20, I start pulling from my 2nd 20, etc.
TIP: The great deals will probably be gone early, but be sure to ask you store when they will restock again before the weekend is over. Remember, there are no rain checks for Triples weekends!
4. If you really want to be sure you haven’t left anything out, I would highly recommend going to www.hotcouponworld.com and going through their posts for triples in your area – (direct link above). They usually have lots of great posts for coupon matchups, and if you are low on time, you can do this instead of steps 1-3 above. I have found that Coupon Mom is not so helpful, b/c they don’t match up triples with coupons very well.
