My kids and I have enjoyed this book so much: Heaven is for Real for Kids: A Little Boy’s Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back by Colton Burpo. After reading through this incredible story, my children really began understanding that Heaven is a real place. And the conversations we’ve been having–oh, it has prompted all kinds of questions! We have been talking about how our home on earth is temporary, but one day, we will live in Heaven forever. We all really enjoy talking about how everything will be perfect there! Plus, it has given me great opportunities for talking with them about their salvation, explaining that the only way they can get to Heaven is by accepting Jesus into their hearts.
