Be sure to check your receipt before you leave. I downloaded the e-coupon from yesterday (Special K Chips) and from today (Bounty) and it was NOT taken off my receipt. I made a mistake and did not look until I got back to work. So frustrating!
This happened to me a few days ago with a different product. Go to the e-coupons page on the Kroger website. Click the FAQ link. You’ll find how to contact them regarding the coupons that didn’t deduct. They loaded a credit onto my card for the value of the missed coupon that I can use toward my next purchase. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my email.
I could not get it to work either. I loaded the coupon but it would not deduct it at checkout. I asked the checkout person about it, and they just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do about it and didn’t know why it didn’t show up. So I cancelled the sale and walked out. Frustrating!
