There are a lot of okay deals this week, not anything I will rush to the store for, but a good week for basics. I do think there are some really good meat prices, so if you are running low on meat, great week to use your budget for that, freeze and use for later. The chicken fryers you could get a couple to cook and make some Roasted Sticky Chickens to morph into many other meals like BBQ Chicken Pizza, Chicken Enchiladas and more!
So, what deals did you find at Kroger this week? Be sure to leave your finds in the comments.

Hey! Love the site! I was going to comment on the Wonder bread sale starting Wednesday. If you have a Shortcuts e-coupon for $0.55/1, you will get the bread for $0.33! I will so be there for that deal!
I couldn’t find the wonder bread coupon via shortcuts… maybe not in my area here in HSV, AL??
On this deal…

I didn’t have the coupon from SS 8/9, so I used the printable one and this was the first time a printable coupon didn’t double. This might be due to the fact that the cashier was reading all of the coupons before scanning and she manually entered this one in stating the coupon says not to double or triple. I didn’t argue the fact as the coupon clearly stated that even though these coupons have just been scanned in the past and doubled automatically (without cashier intervention). This was at the Green Hill (TN) Kroger this morning.
Hey, I was in the Mt. Juliet Kroger yesterday and they had a special on the 5lb ground beef chubs! It was only 4.95 with your Kroger card. That’s a little less than a $1 a pound. Great for stocking up for chili/tacos or whatever! Also, there was no limit!
A few prices I liked….
Cottonelle 12 Double rolls were $4.99.
Laura’s Lean Ground Beef 1 pound “chubs” 2 for $5.
Campbell’s Tomatoe or Chicken Noodle Soup 2 for $1, use .40 of 2 coupon (I think from last Sunday’s TN) makes them .20 each after they double your coup.
For items are listed as 2 for $5 in the weekly ad, if you just buy one, will it still ring up as $2.50?
Jenny, yes it will, so 10 for $10 you can buy one for $1, and BOGOF items you can buy one for 50% off at most grocery stores, at drugstores you must purchase both to get BOGOF deals.
