It’s my favorite time of year, trips to the pumpkin farms! At pickyourown.org there is a list for all pumpkin farms in Tennessee, go here to see the complete list.
Since I live in Franklin, these two are of interest to me. We go to Gentry Farm each year and love it, but I have heard great comments about Walden too and it is free!! Love that!

Walden Farm in Smyrna is WONDERFUL!! It is worth the drive! We have gone the last 3 years and have enjoyed it so much. We pack a lunch or heavy snacks (they sell concession food there but we like to take our own to save money) and make a day of it! There is soooo much to do and is great for kids especially the ages of 2 or older!
They provide wagons to pull your kids around in and/or to place your pumpkins, mums or whatever you chose to buy. Just a wonderful place. There are some crafts that you can purchase so it is not just for little ones!! 😉 They have a few places for some great photo opp’s for the family. So take along your camera!! We plan on going a couple of times this month!
