Meal Plan for the week of August 17th:
Sunday:
(Lunch) Black Bean Green Salad (Calypso style- black beans, diced tomatoes, cheese and taco salad dressing), cheese quesadillas, chips & salsa
(Dinner) Red Pepper Pesto and Basil Pasta, whole wheat rolls, green salad
Monday: Chili Pot Roast, steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, whole wheat rolls
Tuesday: Salmon with Peach Salsa, green salad, whole wheat rolls
Wednesday: Dinner Out w/ Friends
Thursday: Beef Enchiladas, rice, black beans and cucumber & tomato salad (friends for dinner)
Friday: Women’s Retreat
Saturday: Comedy Show out with sisters!

Lunches:
Tomato Sandwiches (still coming in the garden!)
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples
Turkey Sandwiches, strawberries
Leftovers – beef quesadillas, pasta

freezer waffles w/ frozen strawberries
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
egg sandwich w/ cheese, fruit
oatmeal, whole wheat toast, sliced apples
