Menu Plan Monday: July 6th

Welcome!  For those of you who are new to Meal Planning, go to my “Meal Planning” tab here to help you out while you are getting started – lots of great resources.

After my score with the salmon during this week’s shopping trip,  I will be making my favorite BBQ roasted salmon this week!  I love it when I find good deals on healthy meals.

What about you, what is on your meal plan this week??

Meal Plan for the week of July 6th:

Sunday:
(Lunch) Leftovers from dinner
(Dinner)  Hamburgers, grilled corn, tomatoes,  mac n’ cheese

Monday:  BBQ Roasted Salmon, wheat couscous, roasted red peppers, wheat rolls

Tuesday:   Breakfast for dinner – scrambled eggs, whole wheat pancakes and fruit

Wednesday:     Ainsley’s 4th Birthday!!  Chick-fil-A to celebrate!!

Thursday:   Grilled Pesto Pizza, grilled squash on grill (never had last week)

Friday: Garden Wheat Pasta (sauteed zucchini, squash, red onion w/ pesto and diced tomatoes – on wheat angel hair)

Saturday:    Ainsley’s Birthday Celebration Cookout

Lunches:

Tomato Sandwiches
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J,  sliced apples
Venison bologna sandwiches
Leftovers –

Breakfast:

freezer waffles w/ frozen strawberries
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal,  whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
egg sandwich w/ cheese, fruit
oatmeal, whole wheat toast, sliced apples

Snacks:

homemade popcorn or mini-pouches
smoothies
apples w/ peanut butter
applesauce
go-gurts
string cheese
cheese slices on crackers
