The Spaghetti and meatballs never made it on our menu last week, so I am repeating it this week. I am so glad I found the marked down whole wheat hamburger buns last week, so we can have them for hamburgers and pulled-pork (for company).
I am glad I checked my calendar, we had 2 nights I didn’t even need to make dinner, woohoo!
What about you, what is on your meal plan this week??

Sounds like a delicious week! Robin Miller’s recipes always look so good, but I don’t think I’ve ever tried them. I do like making meatballs in the slow cooker, as long as I don’t leave them in too long; the sauce seems to get bitter if it simmers all day.
