I said I was doing a Pantry Challenge last week, but I didn’t quite think it through since Thanksgiving is this week. So, I switched it around, I shopped last week and will do a Pantry Challenge this week. Makes a lot more sense for me since we are going to my husband’s aunt’s for Thanksgiving.

Sunday:

(Dinner) Sweet Potato Casserole (going to small group’s Thanksgiving Potluck!)
Monday: Black Bean Pizza
Tuesday: Hamburgers, salad, sweet potato fries
Wednesday: Dinner Out
Thursday: Happy Thanksgiving!
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: ???

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples

strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
