I had a good week, planning meals just makes things so much easier! I never made the Spinach Hashbrown Quiche last week, so we are going to try it again this week since I still have some spinach left. I buy those big clamshells at Costco and they last about 1-2 weeks, depending on how fresh it was when I got it. I forgot to add it in my Weekly Wrap-Up last week, because my dad picks it up for me when he goes.
I noticed lots of bloggers do monthly and two week menu plans. I find I do best on weekly plans because I change what I make depending on what I have on hand that week.
How about you? What are your thoughts on meal planning and how often?

hi there,
menu planning sure helps to lower my stress level! i plan our meals in conjunction to writing out my grocery list(s) based on what is on sale in the store flyers.
this week’s supper plan includes taco salads, stuffed peppers, shrimp&pasta, quiche (this is on the menu almost every week), spaghetti&italian turkey sausage, chicken potpie (using leftover chicken from roasters made last week).
i also include any baking i am planning 😉 on doing as part of the menu. by God’s grace this week we’ll enjoy dutch apple pie, banana bread, and oatmeal-craisin-choc chip cookies.
