My New Favorite Workout
Over the years, I have tried it all when it comes to fitness. Before kids I taught and loved spin/cycling classes, kickboxing and any aerobic class. Once I had kids, I began to enjoy lots of walking and running. As we homeschool and my time is limited, I find it is getting harder and harder to grab an hour here or there to workout. However, I absolutely love the way I feel after a workout because I feel so energized and fresh, like I can think again. Can you relate?

One of the main reasons I am loving it now… I am getting results. Yes I am. Um, my eight year old told me yesterday that my behind looked smaller! Seriously, for my child to notice really says something. Even if she hadn’t said anything, I had already started to notice that my jeans were just a little looser in the toosh. My rear definitely feels tighter.
Now, I should warn you that her workouts are not for the faint of heart. If you are looking for an easy workout, then you won’t want to do this. It pushes me every.single.day. But, I am getting results. Noticeable results.
What is your favorite workout? What has given you the best results?
My favorite is the Tracy Anderson Method. It is intense and awesome. I do a modified version bc of health issues and I still have seen amazing results.
