Ok, so I'm a classroom teacher and the thought of getting office supplies for FREE is like Christmas to me! However, I just signed up today for an Office Max Rewards card, so do I have to earn the Bonus Rewards before I can take advantage of this offer. I picked several of the items listed to order, but before I submit my order, how do I make sure I'm going to get my rebates? I'm not seeing anything about it on the check-out screen. I don't want to make a mistake and end up having to pay the $75.00. =)

    Thanks for posting this!

At checkout be sure to enter your MaxPerks Rewards number. You will pay full price for all items. Then in about a month you will receive a check for the total amount. So, you do have to pay in advance, but you get it back in MaxPerks Rewards points to use on other transactions. Does that help?

So basically we get our 'money back' so to speak in a month? Is there any way we can track this? Thanks!

Sounds like a good money saving idea for anyone who spends quite a lot on stationery to get some ‘freebies’.

I don’t know about this. Two months ago, I bought copy paper with the ad. that says “it’s like paying $14.99 for this box of paper” with the max perk program. When I call them to find out about my rebate check, they say the $25 rebate will be given when I achieve the $500 purchase. If I don’t buy $500 worth of merchandise in a year, the points will be lost…. Has anyone actually got a full rebate from them w/o spending $500 first?
