What area are you in? It varies from store to store. I would call & ask at Customer Service at the stores in your area & find out which competitor coupons they accept. HTH!
I found no Ro-tel coupons in the SS 1/23 insert. (Nashville, TN)
I couldn’t find them in mine either. I think it must’ve been in other regions’ inserts. There is a $1/3 printable you could use:
