I have been reading comments all over the blogosphere that most Publix are no longer accepting Target or Walgreens as competitor coupons. They will accept “grocery store” competitor coupons, like Food Lion. In an effort not to frustrate everyone, I am NOT going to post deals with Target coupons, since most stores are not accepting them.
:: If your store does accept Target coupons, be sure to see the additional deals by Jenny at Southern Savers here.

Do you know if cabbage can be frozen, and if so, what the best way is to do that? .19/lb sure is cheap!!!
The Publix I shop at DOES accept Target coupons, b/c we have a Super Target right up the road. (which includes a grocery store). I’m pretty sure that’s the catch. If your Publix is located within “competition range” of a Super Target, then they take them, if it’s a regular Target, they probably won’t! 🙁 Hope this helps!
The Publix on Moore’s Lane and Carothers has Tortilla Chips for their penny item.
