on March 4, 2009 · 0 Comments

publix

I just listed my favorite deals below. I found a few good things at Publix, milk prices are going down! Still hasn’t hit Aldi’s $2.29 a gallon yet.

Remember…

  1. Publix takes competitor coupons, so if it is listed below, you can use one competitor and one manufacturer with an item and that is where you get the final price.
  2. Lately local (TN) area Publix are not taking Target coupons, so be prepared.
  3. BOGOF – You can purchase one at 50% off. BOGOF deals listed below are calculated at 50% off already.

Hi Kelly! I don’t know what Publix you typically shop at, but while you’re at Harris Teeter, you can pop over to the Maryland Farms one – I’ve never had a problem using target coupons there. thanks for your blog!

The Bellevue Publix will no longer stack Food Lion coupons with a manufacturer coupon. They will only stack Publix coupons with a Manufacturers coupon. They will not take the Target coupons at all.

Oh no, I’m sad to hear about the Bellevue Publix not stacking Food Lion Q. I have been getting awesome deals (50% off)on formula by stacking a manufacturers Q (I picked up $5 off at my dr. office), with a Food Lion ($3) with a formula check.

By the way, my last Aldi trip, skim milk was $2.49 at the charlotte Pike one. So, I guess I’d rather have Publix milk if its only a penny difference.

By the way, Allison, is it the Hwy 70 or Hwy 100 Bellevue Publix that is not stacking Food Lion Q? Thanks.

I was in there (Bellevue Publix) yesterday and although the gentleman had to type in the Food Lion coupon, he still accepted it stacked with the manufacturer…I handed him all coupons at once, though…what do you generally do?

I have been able to stack FLIPs with ManuQ’s at Publix on Royal Oaks. Will try again this weekend!

I went to the Publix in Brentwood on Old Hickory and the manager said they wouldn’t take my Food Lion store coupon and a MQ on one item. I told her I’d had no problems with this in the past and that is what their coupon policy is. She said they would only take one coupon per item. She wouldn’t budge. I asked if there was someone higher up I could speak with. She called the store manager over and he said, yes, of course we’ll take your coupons! I was kind but persistent and it paid off! So, if you have trouble at a Publix, you might just have to keep going up to talk to the right person.
