Target just released a manufactures coupon on honey nut cheerios for 50 cents so if your store doubles then it would be .99 cents.

Heres a question, with Target coupons do they still double?? They usually have to manually input mine and I don’t think they have been doubling the competitor coupons

can you use a store coupon(from target) and a manufacture coupon on 1 item

  Yes, you can use 1 store coupon + 1 mfg coupon per item. Not all Publix stores will accept Target, so check with your local store.
