Can you get the Publix Penny Item at any time during the week, or is it just on certain days you can get the item?
You can only get it on Wed (or Thur) when the new ad starts. Many stores will have a display in front of the checkouts with the penny item. Most stores don’t require you to give them a coupon, but always double-check with your particular store. HTH!
