This week I made a few trips to the store, Kroger for some “need” items, Whole Foods for the great So Delicious Coconut Milk deal and Michael’s for craft and birthday supplies.
The Whole Foods So Delicious Deal was a great deal. Be sure to look for the 32 oz, which are not in the refrigerated section. (This coupon came from the Whole Foods Whole Deal Newsletter and online printable for the last month, the May/June/July edition.)
So Delicious Coconut Milk, 32 oz — $2
-$1/1 So Delicious Coconut Milk Whole Deal Newsletter/Online May/June/July edition (no longer available)
Final Price: $1 each
If you’re heading out to Whole Foods today or tomorrow, be sure to take advantage of their sale on Organic Cantaloupes for $1.50 each.
We ran to Michael’s to grab a few craft supplies for school, namely their $1.25 paint jars! We use so much of this during the year for finger painting, and everyday painting, and this is a great price. So, we grabbed ones we were running out of and a few new colors too (pink for my princess!).
I also used the 40% off Joann’s coupon (because they take competitors coupons) from their sale ad, along with my 15% off entire purchase educator’s discount (for homeschooling moms and teachers alike), and got her some soft pastels for just $2.50. (these weren’t even on sale–just a great price!) Then we found the drawing tablet on clearance for just $1.99, marked down from $4.99. (We ended up going back to grab one more for a birthday present for a friend.) Ainsley has been drawing all week with the pastels. She is turning into quite the artist, and it really helps motivate her when I provide such fun tools. Plus, she was with me and helped me pick out these items according to price and what went with our coupons. So, this shopping trip was part of school, too.
