Tomorrow I will be picking up our CSA share (Community Supported Agriculture), so we will have plenty of produce once it is in. I’ll probably be making lots of veggies this week, and even need to find a way to store them in my freezer. I needed few staple items, so headed to Walmart yesterday while picking up some school supply deals.
I don’t typically go to Walmart, but I have been popping in there more frequently lately for things, and I have to say I really like the convenience of having grocery items AND home/school shopping all in one place. Plus, Walmart’s coupon and price matching policy are making it a little more appealing!
So, this week I took a quick trip to Walmart to get some school supplies and grab some staple items like bread and milk. After checking the prices I was so happy to see that our Nature’s Own Whole Wheat bread is only $1.68 everyday at Walmart , but $2.99 every day at Publix! What a difference. Plus, my Publix and Kroger don’t carry the gallons of Almond Milk and Walmart did, so I was able to use the two $1/1 Almond Breeze gallon printable coupons I had been holding on to.
