I JUST left target in cool springs and have been to multiple stores in search for this sale. I hate to tell you that it is NOT free it’s $0.99. Still not bad, but its pretty annoying to expect it to be free and its not. It’s the total bathroom cleaner on sale for $2.49 the $1.50 manufactures is off ANY but the $1 off target is specifically for the total with bleach multi purpose cleaner which IS NOT. Part of the sale. $1 is bad, I just wouldn’t have grabbed 3. Just a warning, it comes with regions and sales still a fantastic price…..read the signs before you go to check out.
