Target is going to price match Walmart during the holidays.
“During the holidays, Target will remain “keenly focused” on offering low prices on national brands and its own products and will match Wal-Mart prices on identical items in local markets, said Kathryn Tesija, Target’s executive vice president of merchandise.” Source: Real Clear Markets
There has not been the holiday doorbusters at Target but this article stated, “The company will also offer half a dozen “value items” online every day at special prices.” This means you need to log in every day to view them. IF POSSIBLE, I will do my best to post these items. No promises but I’ll sure try.
So as it stands now, Target will price match Wal -Mart ONLY through the holidays. Keep in mind that Target has a 2 week price adjustment policy. Juggle the info to suit you best. I advise that you do a couple of things. First, sign up at both sites to receive their email version of their ads. Also sign up for this site feed or email in the upper right-hand corner to get the latest updates.
