I’m not sure this would work. At my Kroger (Cool Springs), if any ecoupon comes off for a particular product, you cannot use a paper coupon for the same coupon – even if you’re buying mulitiple items. I’ve tried to buy two boxes of Cheerios. One e-coupon came off and I tried to use one paper coupon (for the second box), and they would not let me do it – no matter how much I reasoned with them.

If you know a way to get around that, that would be great! =)

My store won’t scan Manufacturer’s coupon until after they scan your Kroger card. My friend works there and employees are told they must scan Kroger card before scanning MC now. I tried this deal and they would not accept MC because I had an ecoupon already. I feel like I’m wasting time reading “deals” anymore as stores are getting stricter. I don’t get it, as they get reimbursed from product manufacturer.

I purchase 6 newspapers each week. Why is my newspapers on the first of January didn’t have any P&G inserts in them? Very frustrated because I love Tide and can’t get a good deal.

I have order whole inserts and I have just checked and they still have PG inserts…they are 90 cents a insert but with the saving this week, I think it is worth it. Their website is http://www.wholecouponinserts.com. HOpe that helps!

I did this exact deal yesterday and had no issues. (Kroger by St. Thomas Hospital).

I live in Richmond, Virginia and tried this same deal this morning. I was told if you have an ecoupon scanned onto your Kroger Card, they will no longer accept the MC no matter how many items you purchase. I am getting so frustrated cause I know I should be able to use MC when purchasing 4 items because the ecoupon only scans one time. I guess some bad apples are ruining it for the ones that do use coupons legally.

that’s right Jayna. I was reminded the hard way. I tried this deal and the cashier said once one store e-coupon is used on Tide, then no other paper Tide can be used on any additional Tide. This deal works best with ALL Paper Coupons! That’s why I don’t load e-coupons unless I’m buying ONE of a type of item and I don’t have any paper coupons for that item. I went to Customer Service just to make sure and it was confirmed I cannot use 1 manf. ecouopn and 3 paper coupons for this deal.

I just completed this and had no problems with ecoupon and paper one. In fact, I had 2 $2 e coupons and I am not sure how I did that, so they just gave me back one.

Theresa – I just left myself, purchased 4 Tides, used 3 paper $2 Tide Coupons and one $2 Kroger eCoupon, plus got the $4 P&G discount. It all worked fine for me. They must have different policies at different stores. I ended up paying about $9.81 after all coupons for 4 Tide Bottles.
