I want to start using it in my homemade granola
I use it every day in scrambled or fried eggs.
So many to choose from! I picked:
Chocolate Coconut Gluten Free Protein Bar
Thanks!
Here’s my RAW RECIPE:
+ 1 T. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
+ 1 Scoop of Arbonne’s Fiber – tasteless, odorless
+ 1 T. nuts (your choice)
+ 1 T. Tropical Source chocolate chips.
Optional add-in’s:
1 T. dried fruit
1 T. unsweetened coconut
1 T. soy lecithin
1 T. Chocolate Green SuperFood
Serves 1. Makes 5-9 Tablespoons of a yummy treat or a healthy mini-meal – especially when I add a scoop of Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein Mix along with the fiber. That’s 10 grams of protein. (Go to Amazon and “look inside” their books on coconut oil. It’s good for your whole body.)

We are pancake lovers…the Coconut Flour Oat pancakes sound great!!
My youngest son has really sensitive skin/eczema and we have had a tough time finding anything that really helps. For the past few months we have been using coconut oil and it is helping tremendously. We put some in a small jar to keep it from what we use in the kitchen, and put a thin layer on him after his bath. Its solid, but as soon as it hits warm skin, it begins to melt.
Granola!
i love thai curry made with coconut milk. yum!
Those coconut oat pancakes look yummy.

If you melt a little in the microwave, you can drizzle it over frozen yogurt – it will harden like those candy shell toppings you can buy. We drizzle a little bit of chocolate or caramel in too 🙂

Yes, I use T.T. coconut oil. Unfortunately, I have used up all of the Gold Label Oil that I had on hand. I am currently using Coconut Cream. I use it as a spread on my whole wheat toast, instead of butter or margarine. I also put it on hot vegetables and beans. I have also put it in my split pea soup that I made a few weeks ago. It really tasted good. I think I have one jar of Coconut Cream left. I know I gave one jar of Coconut Cream to a friend who paid my hotel fee at a weekend Christian Women’s Retreat, about 2 years ago. I would love to win a jar of Gold Label Coconut Oil, since I have a limited income, and am not able to buy it at this time.
I just ordered some coconut oil last night (the expeller pressed) & shredded coconut and am excited for it to come in the mail! Would like to try the virgin coconut oil also but need to wait a a bit to spread out the cost. The recipe I would like to try making most is the quick coconut lemon candy. I love both foods/flavors and have to get a hold of some coconut cream concentrate to do so! They look like the would be perfect for a tea party!
I pasted the giveaway on Facebook! (entry #2)

I subscribe to Tropical Traditions and am looking forward to trying their products soon! I put in an order yesterday!
My favorite recipe using coconut is a curry chicken stew with vegetables and served over rice. You serve it with condiments on the side like chopped apples, bananas, peanuts, raisins, & shredded coconut. The recipe uses coconut milk in the stew and I am looking forward to getting the shredded coconut from TT soon (just ordered for 1st time last night). They show you how to make coconut milk on their website from shredded coconut and I can hardly wait to try it. It will make my favorite recipe much more healthy since I’ve always used canned c0conut milk in the past.
My other favorite recipe that uses coconut is your Thai Coconut Chicken Soup! found on this website. Calls for coconut milk. So easy and yummy! It is great for using up lots of broccoli :).
