Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Chicken Tortilla Soup. With Kroger running a great deal on Perdue whole chickens this week (Check out the Kroger deals here), I’m stocking up and putting several in my freezer, plus, I’m making some homemade soup stock –which is better than any you will find at the store, and it’s pretty easy to do on your own.
