Tonight’s Dinner idea is…Grilled Greek Marinated Ribeye Steaks. We have lots of great beef cuts from when we purchased a quarter of a cow and my favorite way to eat steak is with my simple Greek Marinade. Putting it in the marinade as we speak. The longer it marinades, the more depth of flavor for the steak, I love it!
Plus I will be adding some roasted cauliflower and sweet potato fries as my sides.
