Tonight’s Dinner Idea is a special treat. I’m pulling out my Hashbrown Casserole Recipe that I normally get out for holidays and actually making it with the fresh potatoes I got on sale at Kroger this week. If you’ve never made this with fresh potatoes, you may never go back once you taste it! Eggs and bacon will complete tonight’s “breakfast for dinner.”
