Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Mexican Egg Rolls. This is a new family favorite recipe! Let me know how you like it if you try it. We’re keeping it simple with salads on the side, grilled chile lime corn that I had in the freezer, and some cut up veggies for dipping (for the kids).
