Tonight’s Dinner is…a Mexican Smorgasboard. I will pull out our grilled chicken from fajitas last night, and refried and black beans, plus we have two avocados left and will make some fresh guacamole!
I originally planned to do the Roast Sticky Chicken tonight, but since it is almost 90 degrees here, I figured it would make the house too hot. Which means I need to rethink the rest of my week, since those meals called for leftover chicken!

Kelly, My husband recommended I put my crock pot out in the garage on his work bench at night or during the day to cook my sticky chicken or roast, that way it doesn’t heat up the house and he doesn’t have to smell it all day or night and wake up in the morning starving. It really helps in the summer. Thanks for all you do I love your website!
