Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Pecan Crusted Tilapia. I love tilapia, and this is my favorite recipe for it. Plus, it’s on sale this week at Kroger. If you’re not a fan of “fishy” fish, well, I’m not either. I’m very particular about how I prepare and serve fish, so give this recipe a try–I think you’ll like it.
